Below is a summary of rules you need to follow if you want to have an account on this server of Mastodon:

1. Sexually explicit or violent media must be marked as sensitive when posting
2. No racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia, or casteism
3. No incitement of violence or promotion of violent ideologies
4. No harassment, dogpiling or doxxing of other users
5. No content illegal in Ireland
6. Do not share intentionally false or misleading information

This is a server for people who live in or have passed through Waterford city at some point in their lives. It's waterford.international because a lot of people living in Waterford come from somewhere else, and a lot of people born in Waterford have moved away. Some are regular visitors, others blow in and out on the trade winds and others still look in from afar. International is also a mindset: an outward looking and curious attitude to the world that transcends geography and location. This is a server that celebrates those diverse interests and experiences through the peculiar spatiotemperal funnel of contemporary Waterford.
